Wide-angle Prime Lens for Leica M mount

Ideal for capturing high quality images on a daily basis, the Leica APO-Summicron-M 35mm f/2.0 ASPH Lens is a compact wide-angle prime with an optically refined apochromatic design. To achieve this high standard the lens features six anomalous partial colour dispersion glass elements to virtually eliminate chromatic aberrations and three aspherical elements with a total of four aspherical surfaces to reduce spherical aberrations for edge to edge sharpness. Its bright f/2 maximum aperture is beneficial to working in low light conditions and improves depth of field control. Facilitating true close-up imaging, the Leica APO-Summicron-M 35mm f/2.0 ASPH. lens boasts a minimum focus distance of only 0.3m, which more than halves the typical minimum focus distance of previous M-Series lenses. A smoothly engineered detent at 0.7m on the focus ring provides tactile feedback to the user when the lens steps into the close-focus range and indicates when Live View or an EVF is more suitable for precise focus and composition. As with all M-mount lenses, this lens features a manual focus design and a convenient focusing tab for more refined control during use.

This lens is supplied with metal front cap and rear lens cap, metal lens hood, and a Nappa leather lens pouch.
