This lens is designed for APS-C Nikon Z-mount cameras but will also work with full-frame Z-mount cameras in DX format. It is constructed of eight elements in six groups, including an extra-low dispersion element. Other features include a 12-blade aperture diaphragm, a minimum focusing distance of 30cm and a 46mm front filter thread. The Nokton D35mm F1.2 features built-in contacts and an accompanying chip, which allows communication between the lens and the camera it’s attached to. In addition to providing EXIF information to be written to the files, this also means in-body image stabilization in compatible Z-mount cameras will work with this lens, as well as various focusing features.
