Designed exclusively for EOS R-series cameras and optically identical to the EF 600mm f/4 IS III USM lens, the Canon RF 600mm f/2.8L IS USM is a super-telephoto lens that delivers optimised performance ideal for professional shots of wildlife, sports, and more. In addition, this autofocus lens is distinguished by its advanced and lightweight design that also offers quick and intuitive handling. Furthermore, this lens offers three modes of Optical Image Stabilisation with up to 5.5 stops of shake correction to deliver sharp imagery whether shooting handheld or while the camera is mounted on a monopod. Thanks to the circular nine-blade aperture, a beautiful bokeh is afforded at smaller lens apertures. Optically, Super UD and flourite elements are employed to minimise colour fringing and chromatic aberrations for high clarity and colour accuracy. Super Spectra coating and Air Sphere Coating are applied to reduce ghosting and flare, especially when working in harsh lighting, while a flourine coating on the front element helps prevent buildup of dust, moisture and fingerprints. To aid with focusing, two focus presets which allows you to instantly return to one or two memorised focus distances are available. In addition, a customisable electronic focus ring permits choosing from three different speed levels to adjust manual focusing to your desired preference. This lens is compatible with Canon RF 1.4x and 2x extenders. The RF 600mm f/2.8L IS USM comes supplied with a lens hood, a lens cap, a dust cap, a drop-in screw filter holder 52 (WIII) with protector filter, a wide lens strap and a soft lens case.
