Ideally we'd want your file to be in one of the following formats,
Format Tiff, PSD
Bit Depth 16 bit
Colour Space Adobe RGB
For the best quality prints, you should aim to size your file at 300 pixels per linear inch of print. Eg, if you want an A3 print which is 11.69" x 16.54", you file should be at least 3500 x 5000 pixels in size. The larger your print, the more lenient you can be on pixel density, this is also true when printing on textured paper. We don't recommend going lower than 200 pixels per linear inch for most of our papers.

We can also offer a re-touching service if required. This is charged at an hourly rate of $150/hr with 15 min increments. If you'd like us to re-touch your image, please advise when you order your print.
