The MHXPRO-2W from Manfrotto is a standard 2-way pan/tilt head with the added feature of dual fluidity levels. Choose between hard fluidity for a slower tilt movement, and soft fluidity for fast repositioning. For added control of the heads movement, two locks enable you to control the tilt and the 360° panning separately. The head can hold 4 kg of gear, and includes a 200PL quick release plate that attaches to your camera or scope via a 1/4"-20 threaded mount.
