This 120 cm Rotalux HD Squarebox from Elinchrom is a great choice for head and shoulders portraiture, use as a hairlight, or for photographing groups and products. The softbox has removable interior and exterior white diffusers that can be used one at a time, together, or not at all for different contrast and softness options. The light shaper can rotate 360-degrees on its separately purchased speed ring, features a silver interior for maximum output, and comes with a bag for storage and transport. The Rotalux HD uses the same robust materials as Elinchrom's Litemotiv series with improved tear and heat resistance. When assembled, 4 flaps around the speed ring can be opened to vent heat, allowing hot lamps up to 650w to be used. This makes it unique from the standard Rotalux, and it does not feature the same easy fold up and fold down design of the classic Rotalux range.
Please note that Elinchrom Rotalux Softboxes come without a speed ring, allowing you to select the one that suits you. Speedrings are available separately and are available for most flash brands.
