Logging In
If you had a login for our previous website, you’ll need to reset your password to login to our new site. Don’t worry, it’s a quick process! Simply click the “Reset Password” option on the login page and follow the prompts to set up a new password. Once that’s done, you’ll have full access to your account as usual.
Backorders
To see any backorders you have open, just login. We’ve made it easier to keep track of pending items so you always know what’s what.
Invoices (From Dec 1, 2024)
All new invoices generated from December 1, 2024 onward will be available for you to view and download directly from your account. If you need copies of invoices from before this date, just reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to provide them for you.
Statements (From Dec 1, 2024)
Similarly, you’ll be able to view and download account statements showing transactions from December 1, 2024 onward. If you need a statement for any transactions made before this date, just let us know, and we’ll assist you in retrieving it.
Edit Your Contact Details
Keeping your contact information up to date is now easier than ever. Simply log in to make any updates you need. Whether you’ve moved, changed your email address, or updated your phone number, you’re in control of your contact information.
Rentals
Booking equipment rental on our website is quick and simple. Please note that rentals must be booked at least one day in advance.
Collection and drop-off services are unavailable on Sundays and public holidays.
