Holiday Period Shipping Guides
Below are our guidelines for the best possible chance of delivery prior to Christmas:
- Within your Island – 19th December
- Between the Islands – 17th December
*Please note we cannot guarantee these timeframes for rural deliveries.
What couriers do you use?
Within New Zealand we will use a combination of NZ Post, NZ Couriers and Apparellel Line.
International order are shipped with either NZ Post or Fedex.
What addresses will you deliver to?
We will only deliver to addresses that are identifiable by NZ Post.
We will not deliver to PO Boxes, motels or hotels.
How long will delivery take?
New Zealand
North Island delivery is 1-2 working days.
South Island delivery expect 2-3 working days. Note that severe winter weather may cause delays.
Rural delivery can be up to a week.
International
Shipping will be calculated manually when we process your order. We will contact you directly with shipping options and delivery time frames.
Can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been processed.
What if my goods are damaged in transit?
If for any reason your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If for any reason your goods don't arrive please contact us, so that we can follow up with the courier.
