Designed for use with the M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO lens or an M.Zuiko Digital ED 300m f/4 IS PRO lens, the lightweight and compact M.Zuiko Digital MC-20 2.0x Teleconverter from Olympus offers a 2x magnification factor to double the focal length of your lens with minimal addition to the gear load. In combination with the MC-20, the focal lengths of these lenses become 80-300 mm and 600 mm respectively. With electronic communication between camera and lens supported via the teleconverter, the autofocus and image stabilisation capabilities of the camera and lens are maintained. This includes the Olympus Fast AS and the 5-Axis Image Stabilisation. Of note, this teleconverter enables tele-macro photography when used with the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 IS PRO lens, providing up to 0.96x magnification and up to +5 EV stops of image stabilisation when this 300mm lens is paired with the OM-D E-M1X. High optical standards is similarly upheld, as the MC-20 features a 9 elements, including a HR lens, in 4 groups design that reduces chromatic aberration and the Olympus ZERO Coating to minimise ghosting and flare. Its dust-, splash- and freeze-proof construction affords working in inclement weather. A lens case, lens cap and rear lens cap are also included for storage and protection.
