Foldable Gimbal Stabiliser

Designed for supporting up to 3kg of mirrorless or DSLR cameras along with accessories, the redesigned DJI RSC 2 Gimbal Stabiliser features motors that are 50% more powerful than its predecessor. This new version features a foldable design that enables fuss-free switching to underslung mode: the gimbal head can be folded down from the handle and the gimbal flipped around to be used underslung for low-angle shots, without attaching or detaching anything. The foldable design also affords portability and easy storage. An improved version of the DJI Titan stabilisation algorithm is used by the RSC 2 to provide better stabilisation and fluidity. In addition, a built-in SuperSmooth feature complements the algorithm, when working with zoom lens up to 100mm, to compensate for micromovements and increase torque for smooth motion with long lenses.

The gimbal handle is integrated at all times and its built-in batteries provide up to 14 hours of runtime when fully charged. The handle support PD and QC 2.0 fast-charging protocols and, except in extreme temperatures, can be charged via the handle while the gimbal is in operation. The RSC 2' also features an 1" OLED black-and-white screen and a front horizontal dial for adjusting focus with the same hand holding the gimbal. In addition, dedicated accessories can be attached to the gimbal handle via a NATO mount with M4 threads on each side of the handle.

The versatile gimbal has dual-layer Manfrotto plus Arca-Swiss camera mounting system with two removable quick release plates. A push of a button rotates your camera in portrait mode when recording content for social media. In total, the RSC allows six different configurations and is supplied with a companion iOS/Android app that allow access to features such as time-lapse, panorama, and Roll 360 which rotates your camera continuously along the roll axis. Active Track 3.0 subject tracking from the gimbal and more functions are also supported.

Included with the RSC 2 is a mini tripod that attaches to a 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom of the grip handle to function as a stand or an extension handle for two-handed maneuvering of the gimbal where required. Camera control cables - USB Type-C, Sony Mulit, Micro-USB, and Mini-USB - that enable control of compatible cameras directly from the gimbal controls are also supplied.
