Handheld Stabiliser for Mirrorless Cameras
The WEEBILL LAB from Zhiyun-Tech is a versatile handheld stabiliser for mirrorless cameras weighing up to 3kg. Via a wi-fi connection it is capable of wireless real-time 720p image monitoring via an iOS/Android phone or tablet in combination with select cameras such as the Sony a7S and Panasonic GH5. With live preview and real-time parameter settings, you can make various gimbal movements to frame and take shots from any angle. The stabiliser offers pan follow, full follow, locking, POV, vortex, and PhoneGo modes with 360° pan, tilt, and roll rotation. Zhiyun-Tech have also added support for a mini tripod in the upper section of the gimbal, allowing for two-handed operation as well as easy switching to underslung mode.
The stabiliser features an external follow focus motor to support precise and smooth focus control for all camera systems. With the tactile wheel on its body, you can easily pull focus while moving and shooting. It is also designed with a red latch next to each axis, making balancing much easier. You can lock certain axes with these latches while balancing the other(s), and you can save the setup for later use.
Double quick release plates (Manfrotto/ Arca-Swiss) make setup easy and allow for fast transitions between equipment without re-balancing. The WEEBILL runs for up to 10 hours on two supplied 18650 batteries.
