The Panasonic Lumix S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 is a sleek and versatile wide-angle to short telephoto zoom designed for full-frame L-Mount mirrorless cameras. When used with APS-C models, it provides a 30-90mm equivalent focal length range. The versatile range of focal lengths is complemented by focusing capabilities that permit capturing subjects as close as 15cm with a 0.43x magnification for an almost macro performance. Optically, a combination of two aspherical elements, one ultra-high refractive index element, and three extra-low dispersion elements helps to control various aberrations throughout the zoom range to achieve imagery sharpness, clarity, and colour accuracy.

The optical performance is complemented by fast and precise autofocus performance that is delivered by a stepping AF motor that benefits both still and video applications. The incorporation of a AF/MF switch permits easy and quick changing between autofocus and manual focus modes. This Lumis S zoom sports a 9-blade diaphragm which contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality. With a weather-resistant design that renders it splash-, dust-, and freeze-proof, this lens will tough it out with you in inclement weather conditions. Additionally, the front element is applied with flourine coating to prevent dirt and oils from sticking to it.
