The Ricoh Theta Z1 360° Camera avails high quality 360° imaging in a compact, user-friendly form that is capable of recording or live streaming up to 4K video or capturing 23MP Raw and/or JPEG photos. Its dual 1"-type back illuminated CMOS sensors combines with a revamped processing algorithm to enable markedly realistic spherical images with less noise and improved low-light performance.

The Theta makes the process simple by automatically stitching two wide-angle images, captured by its dual 23MP sensors and twin lenses, into one complete image. For achieving high quality image, Automatic DR (dynamic range) compensation kicks in to reduce blown-out highlights and increase details in shadowed areas while the optical system is designed to reduce ghosting, fringing and flares for image reproduction accuracy. Furthermore, the lens systems offers a selection of apertures - f/2.1, f/3.5, and f/5.6 - for user to increase depth-of-field and resolution. Smoother video capture is achieved with a 3-axis image stabilisation, and realistic sounds can be recorded by built-in microphones that capture audio from four different independent directions. The robust Theta Z1 is constructed from magnesium alloy with textured finish and incorporates a 0.93" OLED status display panel with a function button. It provides an internal memory of 19GB: it records 4K clips up to 5 minutes and 2K clips up to 25 minutes with respective total storages of 40 minuites and 130 minutes.

Your high quality images can be edited further via the THETA+ app for iOS/Android or Ricoh's THETA Stitcher plug-in and Photoshop's Lightroom Classic CC platform. Via WiFi, videos can be live stream to social media platforms or to the Theta 360 dedicated website, and still photos can be uploaded to Google Maps. Alternatively, use the Remote Playback plug-in and a separate wireless receiver to display content on a larger screen.
