27" 4K Hardware Callibration IPS Monitor

The ColorEdge CS2740 27" from EIZO is a hardware calibration IPS LCD monitor that is the first of the CS series monitor to implement 4k (3840 x 2160) UHD resolution. The availability of impressive detail means that your high resolution photos and other content can be displayed crisply and clearly. Furthermore, with a pixel density almost twice of that of a conventional monitor at 164ppi, your 4K image display is even smoother. Coupled with the CS2740's ample 27" screen, Full HD content can be easily displayed up to A3 size alongside toolbars, palettes, and other windows or applications for efficient editing and creative work up to 4K.

The CS2740 supports EIZO's ColorNavigator 7 that combines the features of ColorNavigator 6 and ColorNavigator NX software for an improved hardware calibration and quality control performance. This upgraded colour management software performs hardware calibration by directly employing the look-up-table or LUT of the monitor for higher precision and better gradation characteristics compared to software calibration. It enables you calibrate the multitude of available colour modes simultaneously to save time and ensure colour accuracy of your screen no matter which mode is being used. To simplify your workflow further, Eizo's Quck Color Match automatically adjusts to the ideal monitor, retouching software, and printer settings so that you edit and print your images quickly and hassle-free; simply drag-up-table and drop your photo in the Quick Colour Match window to automatically start the process! With a 10-bit simultaneous display from a 16-bit look-up-table (LUT) and optional optimised HLG and PQ gamma curves, this Eizo monitor provides smoother colour gradations and delivers images that appear more true to how the human eye perceives the real world. EIZO's DUE equalizer technology, on the other hand, ensures enhanced and uniform colour accuracy from corner to corner.

Equipped with an IPS panel, this monitor features a wide 178° viewing angle which permits two or more people to view the screen with little change in colour or contrast. The combination of the non-glare panel and dimming technology provides for minimised reflections and flicker, thus reducing and preventing eye fatigue in users for a more comfortable working environment. A USB Type-C port with 60W power delivery provides the means, via a Type-C cable, to display video, transmit USB signals, and supply power to a connected device. Its HDMI input supports I/P (interlace/progressive) conversion that can interlace signals from TV and video be converted into progressive signals for flicker-free display. Additionally, the ColorEdge CS2740 is equipped with a DisplayPort input, USB Type-B and four USB Type-A ports. A built-in carrying handle located at monitor's back permits easy relocating of the monitor and the supplied versatile monitor stand offers height, tilt and swivel adjustments. A optional shading hood can be separately purchased to attach to the monitor magnetically for quick and easy installation.
