The Voigtlander Nokton 25mm f/0.95 Type II Lens for Micro Four Thirds is a bright, fast, manual focus normal-length lens that provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length of 50mm when used on Micro Four Thirds Cameras. Featuring a Selective Aperture Control System, it is possible to switch between stepless, de-clicked aperture selection or traditional click stops. When set to the stepless setting, exposure adjustment is silent and smooth, making it a great choice when recording video.
The optical construction incorporates ultra-high refractive glass, which helps to minimise chromatic aberrations for improved clarity and sharpness. An extremely bright and fast maximum aperture of f/0.95 is ideally suited to working in low-light conditions and with shallow depth of field techniques. Ten aperture blades form a nearly circular diaphragm in order to produce an attractive out-of-focus 'bokeh' quality.
