In celebration of its 80th year of precision camera-making, Hasselblad is offering a limited edition of 800 units of the 907X Anniversary Edition Kit - a comprehensive mirrorless medium format kit that brings together the unique 907X camera body, the CFV 50C digital back, the wide-angle XCD 30mm f/3.5 lens, the 907X control grip and the 907X optical viewfinder. These five main kit components are distinguished by unique, customised anniversary kit details amd engravings.

The Hasselblad 907X body itself is distinctive as the smallest and lightest medium format camera created by Hasselblad thus far, and its form recalls that of the famed 500-series V-system cameras. This simple camera body functions mainly as the interface between the V interface of the CFV II 50C digital back and the X-mount, which permits working with XCD lenses or adapted lenses from other mounts.

Updated and refined, the CFV II 50C digital back features a classic V-system interface that is compatible with the included 907X and virtually any Hasselblad V camera from 1957 onwards. A generously-sized 43.8 x 32.9mm 50MP CMOS is at the core of this capable mirrorless camera, delivering high-resolution imagery with a vivid 16-bit colour depth, an extremely wide 14-stop dynamic range, and an ISO 100-25600 sensitivity range. The sensor works with the Hasselblad Natural Color Solution to consistently deliver images with natural, lifelike colour tones. Along with 16-bit colour depth, this system is capable of achieving images with impressively smooth tonal transitiions.

At its rear, the CFV II 50C design features a 3.2" 2.4m-dot tilting touchscreen LCD that reinforces a top-down viewing position redolent of working with an optical waist-level finder. This updated screen features a fast 60 fps refresh rate for a smoother playblack and autofocus point drag-and-drop, as well as autofocus point size adjustment, for more intuitive focusing  Maintaining the overall svelte profile reminiscent of A12 and A16 film backs, this digital back accepts one rechargeable lithium-ion battery internally; the battery can be convieniently charged in-back via the USB Type-C port. Built-in Wi-Fi enables wireless remote control and file transferring via Phocus Mobile 2 while an integrated GPS module enables recording location details to image files for geotagging. Dual SD memory card slots compatible for UHS-II protocol are integrated for faster read/write speeds, along with a USB 3.0 Type-C Connector for transferring files, tethered shooting from an iPad, or connecting to a computer, charger, or power bank for in-camera battery charging.

The stylish and sleek XCD 30mm f/3.5 from Hasselblad is a wide-angle lens features a 24mm equivalent focal length with a 71° angle of view, is well-suited to landscape, architecture, travel and documentary work. A minimum focusing distance of 40 cm and impressive optical design come together for image quality and sharpness throughout the focusing range. Like other XCD lenses, the 30mm f/3.5 has an integrated Central Lens Shutter that is capable of shutter speeds up to 1/2000 sec with flash sync at all speeds, and its internal autofocus design can be manually overridden for precise manual focusing control. These XCD lenses, which are all designed in Sweden, have all gone through a stringent development, testing and production process to ensure they satisfy the demands of high end mirrorless digital capture, and high resolution sensors.

The Hasselblad 907X 50C Control Grip is designed to afford more intuitive handling and tactile control over the unique modular medium format camera system consisting of the CFV II 50C medium format digital back and 907X camera body. It attaches to the back and body combination via a 1/4"-20 tripod mount. This dedicated control grip features a shutter release button, allows quick adjustment over aperture and shutter speed via the control dial, and enables AF point selection vie the integrated joystick. Four customisable buttons provide direct access to the CFV back's menu system and image review option, and can be used to configure the workflow to suit your needs. The grip benefits working from eye-level or waist-level positions and also provides an alternative to the back's touchscreen when working with gloves.

The 907X Optical Viewfinder features a design reminiscent of the classic Hasselblad SWC finder and is easily mounted via the camera's accessory shoe. It has a wide field of view with frame line markings for the XCD 21mm, 30mm, and 45mm lenses, as well as a center cross that helps in alignment and supports accurate eye-level viewing.

This camera kit also comes supplied with front and back body covers for the 907X. a protection cover lid for the CFV II 50C, a 7.27V, 3400mAh rechargeable battery, an USB 3.0 Type-C to Type-A Cable, an USB Power Adapter, a focusing screen mask, a flash input sync cable, a flash output sync cable, 77mm front lens cap, rear lens cap, lens shade for the XCD 30mm, and a lens protective protective pouch.
