While this precision mechanical adapter does not transfer functions, such as automatic focus, from the camera to the lens, automatic exposure metering in aperture priority and stop-down metering is possible. The lens permits focus to infinity when the adapter is used. Featuring an integrated aperture control ring, the adapter can be used with lenses without manual aperture ring control.
