Canon Full Frame EF to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter
The T Speed Booster Ultra 0.71x Adapter for Canon Full-Frame EF-Mount Lens to Micro Four Thirds-Mount Camera from Metabones allows a full-frame Canon EF-mount lens to be mounted onto a Micro Four Thirds-mount camera. The adapter's optics help to maximize the connected lens's apparent angle of view while providing a 1-stop increase for the camera over the lens's aperture range. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy with brass mounting rings, it features five lens elements in four groups, designed for optical clarity and true colour. It comes with a detachable tripod foot with 3/8" thread, and is compatible with Arca Swiss tripod heads.
Referred to as a "Smart Adapter", the T Speed Booster Ultra 0.71x retains electronic communication between the camera and lens. If the lens includes image stabilization, or camera-controlled aperture functions, those features will continue to be available. EXIF metadata will also be recorded when this adapter is used with a directly compatible camera, if the attached lens is capable of generating this information. Please note however that autofocus will not be supported.
