The Benro INDURO Hydra 2 Carbon Fiber 5-Sect Waterproof  Series #2 Tripod is innovatively designed as a waterproof travel tripod that is rugged and portable for the adventurous photographer. The five-section legs are constructed of a special carbon fiber weave to maximise the strength-to-weight ratio: it boasts a 17kg load capacity while weighing only 1.5kg itself. The V-pattern cross-braces of its magnesium spider provides for extra rigidity and sturdiness required for long lens photography. Featuring a range of working height range from 33.6cm to 153cm, this is versatile tripod can be reverse-folded to only 42.4cm for easy transportation and storage. Furthermore an oversized CNC-machined center column lock eases the securing of the short, grooved column in any vertical position, and permits the camera to be positioned as close to the ground as possible. Dust-resistant, waterproof metal twist-locks joints are also designed to be oversized to fit easily and ergnomically in your hands even when wearing gloves during cold weather. A combination of three-stop adjustable leg locks and independent leg spread provides for stability at any angle while a integrated bubble level keeps leveling easy and accurate on uneven terrain. In addition, the waterproof leg locks and feet enables the tripod to operate in the harsher conditions.
