The lens features electronic contacts that allows it to communicate with a Nikon Z-mount camera. In addition to providing EXIF data, it can also work in tandem with in-body image stabilization and supports three types of focusing functions: changing the focus point frame colour, focus peaking, and focusing enlargement.
