Monitor and Projector Colour Calibration Solution

The X-Rite i1 Display Pro Plus is a display calibration solution capable of profiling superbright OLED, HD and HDR monitors, as well as projectors and tablet-type mobile devices, to markedly high-levelled on-screen colour accuracy that will aptly support editing and referencing for the demands of professionals. This plus model adds to the standard i1 Display Pro colourimeter with accurate measurements for brightness and luminance levels of up to 2000cd/m², as well as the technology for achieving optimal blacks and correct neutral detall levels for more defined shadow detalls and higher accuracy in dark colours. Utilising a default gamma curve of BT.1886 benefits 3D LUT workflows and HDR-supported displays by ensuring accurate and consistent colours while achieving smoother tonal transitions in shadow areas and reducing clipping in dark areas.

The included 1iProfiler software works in conjunction with the i1Display Pro Plus to create different profiles by measuring ambient light conditions, including specific flare and glare issues. Flare Correct not only measures but adjusts your display profile for reduced contrast ratios caused by flare or glare falling on the surface of display. The Automatic Display Control (ADC) technology adjusts the brightness, backlighting, contrast, and colour temperature to help speed up the profiling process  without the need for manual adjustments. To further support workflow and greater consistency across numerous displays, consistent profiles can be ported over to multiple display configurations, and also multiple groups of monitors in a single location. In addition, it is possible to manually set the White Point.

Projectors can also be quickly and accurately profiled with greater colour accuracy from each unique projector, thanks to the intelligent adaptive profiling technology. An integrated tripod mount is benefical for use in larger venues while the built-in diffuser arm doubles up as a stand for tabletop applications. The displays of mobile devices, via the free ColorTRUE mobile app, can be calibrated for matching the colour across your smartphone, tablet, and computer. Portable in its form that is easy for transporting to locations, the versatile colourimeter is also USB Type-C ports compatible via the included USB Type-A to Type-C adapter.
