Shipping & Courier
New Zealand
In New Zealand, goods will be delivered by a New Zealand-based
courier company.
We endeavour to process and ship your order within 48 hours of
receipt of payment.
Signature required upon delivery.
International 
For international freight we use FedEx for high cost items
(cameras and lenses) unless you specify an alternative
preference.
All other products are freight forwarded.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, size and weight
of the item(s) being shipped and include a small insurance fee
against theft or damage while in transit.
Calculating fees
Minimum Courier charge of $7.00 for Auckland
North Island Large Long Haul Overnight $12
South Island Two Day Delivery $15
South Island Small Overnight $35
Rural Delivery extra $5
Heavy and large goods will be more expensive to courier.
Courier fees include up to $1200 insurance.
FedEx / International freighting fees and New Zealand Courier
fees are all based on weight and location. We can email
confirmation of the weight charge.
Delivery Time:
All times are estimates, and may vary based on a number of
factors.
New Zealand
North Island delivery is overnight. Some rural areas may take
slightly longer.
South Island delivery is about 48 hours. Rural delivery can take
up to two weeks.
Nationwide next day service is available for urgent orders.
International
FedEx takes between two to five working days, depending on
location.
Freight Forwarding takes between seven and ten working days.

Returns & Refunds
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives customers the right to a
repair, replacement or refund if goods sold are not of good quality
or are faulty.
If you receive something defective we will replace it
immediately.
Warranties & Repairs
Items sold by Progear are warranted by the manufacturer. Any
items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer with proof
of purchase.
Payments
We use Payment Express - a Visa and MasterCard certified
solution which facilitates electronic payments seamlessly.
We accept the following credit cards:
Q Card (attracts 2.5% interest), Visa, MasterCard
We also accept debit cards.
